3 West Medical Surgical

This inpatient medical and surgical unit is located at our Community Campus and is comprised of both private and semi-private rooms. Patients are typically admitted from the emergency department, operating room, physician office or the ICU.  Patients are typically admitted from the emergency department, operating room, physician office or the ICU.

4 North

This inpatient medical and surgical unit is located at our Community Campus and is comprised of both private and semi-private rooms. Patients are typically admitted from the emergency department, operating room, physician office or the ICU. 7A Adult Orthopedics

The Orthopedic Surgical Unit (7A) has a capacity of 26 beds. Patients access the unit via the Emergency Department, as direct transfers from other facilities or in-house transfers, or as scheduled elective admissions. The orthopedic staff cares for patients who have sustained multiple trauma/orthopedic injuries, procedures and/or surgical interventions.

7U Secured

7U is a 10-bed combination Medical-Surgical unit which is specially designed and constructed to house correctional inmates/parole violators who require general medical-surgical inpatient hospitalization. The unit has the ability to monitor up to 4 patients on telemetry as well as provide inpatient chemotherapy treatments. 7U also accepts One Day Surgery patients post-procedure, as well as Ambulatory Procedure patients, as space permits. All 7U staff are cross trained to 6A and move between the two units.

9G Neuro Medical Surgical

9G is the 19-bed Neuroscience Medical Surgical Unit and epilepsy monitoring unit. The nurses on this unit also cares for a wide range of neurology diagnoses, with a specialty in stroke care. The unit also has telemetry monitoring capability for 16 patients.

10G Adult Medicine

10G is a 13 bed Medical Surgical Unit focusing on cardiac services, we work with cardiology, thoracic surgery, vascular surgery, and cardiac surgery. The nurses on 10G are provided special education related to caring for the elderly; as much of our population is geriatric. We also care for hepatobiliary patients and oncology overflow.

Two of the beds on the unit are negative pressure so on occasion are used for patients who have been, or need to be, ruled out for having airborne communicable diseases.
